Pura Bakery
When you enter the Pura Bakery you find a history of three generations because its walls keep the memory of its beginnings, when bread was made in wood-fired ovens and, according to what we are told, it was delivered to the neighbors of the village on the back of a donkey in large wicker baskets.
Purificación, knows the trade well because since she was a child she helped in the work that her ancestors did and today, with machinery that facilitates the kneading and an electric oven she continues making bread daily, perhaps for the nostalgia of that time but also so that this part of Tinajo’s history is remembered to future generations.
